Ingredients & product information

Ingredients: sugar, lactose, corn syrup solids, cocoa butter and powdered sugar. Processed with carbon dioxide for popping effect. The cocoa butter coating provides some moisture protection.

Net weight: 24 oz (1.5 lb).

Protect the pop

Take out only what you need. Press out excess air and reseal ingredient packs promptly after each use.

Protect crystals from room humidity. Performance can deteriorate above approximately 40% relative humidity. Avoid open serving bins.

Avoid extended exposure above approximately 85–90°F. Add crystals after baking or heating, once your creation has cooled.
